Information we collect
Early-access sign-ups
When you join early access, we collect your email address, your optional participant type and your consent to receive WanderEAT product, testing and launch updates.
Food-source submissions
When you suggest a Food Source, we collect the information you provide about that place, service or organisation. Your contact email is optional and is used only if we need to follow up about the submission.
Security and reliability
The website may process limited technical information temporarily to protect forms from abuse and keep the service reliable. The included application does not deliberately save exact IP addresses in submission records or create persistent visitor profiles.
Location
This coming-soon website does not request your device location. The future WanderEAT application will request location only after you choose a location-dependent feature, and exact location will not be saved by default.
Why we use information
- To send product, testing and launch updates you have requested.
- To review and research suggested Food Sources.
- To respond when you ask us to contact you.
- To protect the service from spam, abuse and technical failures.
We do not use early-access or submission information to build behavioural advertising profiles.
How long we keep information
Early-access information is kept while WanderEAT needs it to provide the updates you requested, or until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Food-source submissions may be retained while they are reviewed, verified and incorporated into WanderEAT's records. Optional submitter contact details can be removed when they are no longer needed.
Tracking, analytics and cookies
This project does not include advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, session replay or browser fingerprinting. It does not require non-essential cookies. If privacy-preserving aggregate analytics are added, this notice will be updated before they are enabled.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by carefully selected service providers where needed to host the website, protect it or send requested communications. We expect such providers to use information only for the agreed service and to protect it appropriately.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from updates at any time using the link in a message or by contacting us. You can also ask us to correct or delete personal information associated with your early-access registration or submission, subject to any information we must keep for legitimate operational or legal reasons.
Children
The early-access and contribution forms are not designed to collect information from children. Please do not submit a child's personal information.
