Good-faith submissions

By submitting information, you confirm that you are acting in good faith and believe the information to be accurate. You do not need to own or manage a Food Source to suggest it.

What you may submit

You may submit factual information that helps WanderEAT identify, research and describe a legitimate place, service or organisation through which people can obtain food. This may include a name, type, address, service area, public website and operational notes.

What not to submit

• Confidential, private or commercially sensitive information.
• Personal information that is not necessary for the submission.
• False, misleading, abusive, discriminatory or unlawful material.
• Copyrighted photographs, menus or text unless you have permission to provide them.
• Passwords, payment details, medical records or other sensitive information.

Permission to use submitted information

You give WanderEAT permission to review, verify, edit, structure, combine and publish the non-confidential factual information you submit for the purpose of developing and operating WanderEAT. This permission is non-exclusive, meaning you remain free to use the information elsewhere.

Review and publication

WanderEAT may verify, correct, reject, remove or defer a submission. Submission does not guarantee publication, a particular presentation or a verification label.

Contact details

Your email address is optional. If supplied, it will be used only to contact you about the submission unless you separately choose to join early access. See the privacy notice for more information.

Corrections

If you later discover that submitted information is incorrect, contact data@wandereat.com with enough detail for us to identify and review it.

Changes

These terms may be updated as contribution and provider-management features develop. The current version and update date will remain available here.
